Faded, MUTED colors, looks DIRTY and used. Got the first rug and rolled it out long enough to go flat and noticed dirty looking spots and several places where there were picks in the rug. It honestly looks like it's used dirty rug that I would be replacing....not a brand new rug. It also is really rough to the touch. They are are both going back.

The "cream" color is more tan plus a tinge of gray. Overall the color isn't as vibrant as the photo.
There are also areas where the wool is sparse/missing and you can see the backing/glue.
The carpet sheds like crazy and keeps shedding. It looks and feels a bit like those woven outside doormats...
