Broke my ankle 2 months ago and nothing would bring down the swelling until I started using this. I absolutely love it.

The sleeve is super easy to put on and take off, which is great when I need quick relief. It's really good at compressing and stays snug without being too tight. The best part is the cold therapy feature. It targets the exact spot where I feel pain and swelling, and it helps a lot in reducing both. I just grab it from the freezer, slip it on, and I can feel the relief almost immediately. The sleeve feels soft against my skin, which is a nice bonus. It's also very well made. She has tendinitis and this helps allot ice without her having to position herself or lay a certain way while we stack ice packs on her.

Easy to open but just don't throw the bag it comes in away because that is what you use to keep it cool and protected in your freezer. After having it in freeze all morning putting it on the area be it knee or elbow is a great way to relax your stiff muscles. You really feel a nice relaxing cool from this sleeve and it's not so cold you can wear it for more time.

It stays cold for way longer than I could have ever expected and is very versatile, I even used it on my neck a couple times! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very unique product. I was involved with competitive sports when I was younger. Icing or heating is nothing new to me. Ease of application is the biggest thing that stands out at me. Very important to measure and buy the right size due to snug fit. I had good results with freezing it and lasted about 15 minutes. It started very cold and then eased up. You can make it pretty warm in the microwave but I felt it did not stay warm as consistently as I would have expected. Great that you have two application with one product. Overall, I like the product.

I use this after I work out for my arms or legs. I do think they need a larger size. It fits snug. Even though it fits snug I love the cold soothing feel on my muscles. I would recommend this.

I put the sleeves on when the tenderness gets bothersome and it is very soothing. I also intend to try out pickle ball soon and I M suite they will help them too.

It's very stretchy and comfortable. It stays cool for about 2 hours. I recommend it for sore muscles or injuries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Freeze Sleeve on my ankles, calves, hamstrings, wrists, and elbows at different times. After I play soccer and softball games throughout each week, different body parts hurt sometimes and this freeze sleeve works really well with both hot and cold therapies to relieve the areas that ache. To heat up the sleeve, I take it out of the bag it comes in and put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds and I put it over the areas that ache on my body. When I need to freeze the sleeve, I leave it inside of the bag it comes in and put it in the freezer for three hours and put it on any area that is aching on my body. After using this sleeve, either hot or cold, my body feels so much better. It is very easy to use this sleeve on my aching body parts.
