There’s no replacement option on the rug if you get one that has see issues. Have to go through a whole refund process a the reorder the rug since it’s sold third party. I was unaware it was third party and very pregnant with no one to help me return the rug so super disappointed I’m stuck with a rug i can’t vacuum because the stitching was defective. Beautiful rug would love another but not worth the effort. Target plus customer service also sucks so there’s that too.
