Dont buy! So gross
Nasty!! I should’ve returned it as soon as I opened bc the fish was white… it’s usually a pinkish color. The fish wouldn’t cook… I’ve cooked it 3x suggested cook time and it’s 100 percent mush. So gross. I don’t know what this is.

I have no idea what the others are complaining about. I bought 4 bags of these on sale for $6/pack and they cooked perfectly! Looks like salmon, smells like salmon, tastes like salmon. I like that this was de-scaled and pre-portioned, truly ready to cook. It was less messy to handle than the Target brand 4ct-4oz filet of frozen salmon, which I normally buy. Seasoned with garlic salt and pepper, cooked with avocado spray oil. Delicious! 10 out of 10 value even at regular price

Discover this gem at target $7.99 (I can make 4 meals!) so far I purchased 3 in the last few weeks. IF you cook it from frozen it not taste good, best is like fridge temperature (not from frozen) gosh! It's delightful with only so little ingredients like lemon, pepper flakes, pepper, salt and GARLIC add little bit of olive oil to marinate😋 Bake the whole thing at 400° for 40 minutes!!! it comes better when you bake the whole salmon instead of individual pieces. It's yummy and good price for such a good meal :)
