The recipe has changed and not for the better. There’s always tendon and large fat pieces that absolutely gross me out. My family would go through a few boxes a week but now we can’t even eat them… it’s sad because the taste was great.

These are delicious. I have tried several other brands of turkey sausage - and this one is by far the best even though it’s chicken. Wish they weren’t so pricy.

New recipie is garbage
Let me start out with saying like others, I used to love these. They had great flavour, and a good consistency. I had 2 links every other morning with my breakfast which I looked forward to. Recently, I got a new box and was horrified to find out that the company completely changed the product (and for the worse). It’s inedible. It looks bloated, feels rubbery and bouncy, you can’t taste a hint of sugar or maple, and there’s a really nasty/foul taste that lingers in your mouth like it must be expired. I had to spit it out, I couldn’t even swallow it. It was that bad. This company took a perfectly fine product and made it entirely inedible.

Nasty!
These used to be good, but they recently changed the recipe. The new ones are a white, pale color, fatty/gristly/rubbery and they kind of inflate when you cook them. I think they’ve switched to chicken scraps instead of the high quality meat they used to use. I was a long time customer, but now I can’t eat a single bite. I’m not buying them anymore.
