Apple Pie - 20oz - Favorite Day™

I bought this on my way to a formal dinner through Target Drive Up. I was horrified to arrive only to open the plastic bag which was filled with an open box on its side with half of the contents of the apple pie. It looked like it tumbled down the stairs, not resembling a pie at all. There was nothing I could do. It was a complete failure and I shamefully put it back in the trunk, tying the bag tightly so that hopefully there were no holes in the bag and the mess wouldn’t leak out as I attended the event without the dessert I’d promised the hostess. Target, if you can’t deliver a product that is edible, useable, or as expected based on the pictures, then make me come in and get it. It was not packed or buffered in any way and the delivery person just jumbled my bags together: potatoes, canned goods, and the special pie for the event I was on my way to. I’m getting poorer and poorer service through Drive Up, I couldn’t find any other place where I could provide service quality feedback.

I picked it up on my way to the grocery section for other things. Target, lol, your placement of these worked. This pie went into my hands and into my cart. It is surprisingly good. You could cheat in a baked pie contest faking this as your grandma's recipe. It's an effortless apple pie for this afternoon, or this evening. It has no dairy according to the ingredients. Enjoy.

I am an avid baker, and apple pie is one of the most labor intensive desserts that I dread to make. This pie looks and tastes homemade. This is the perfect sized pie for the price point too. Although this is shelf stable and has a sticker to sell by date, you can easily put it in the freezer and save for a special date to have on hand. I served this for thanksgiving and my guests thought it was homemade!

Pie was on the shelf and not refrigerated. It was also marked down and I was charged full price!

I did NOT receive this apple pie !!!!! When I tried remedy the situation and called target personally, I was told that they have nothing to do with shipt the people that shop your order and personally deliver your groceries. I was appalled, and I tried to go through the channels of contacting Shipt and I never heard back from them. So now I’m going to the store and talk to a manager personally 🤯😠 This is ridiculous. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ My shopper was Melissa.

Pie came damaged. All of the three pies I purchased came damaged. Pies were bagged up right. With other items.

A little on the smaller side, but overall and ok pie for the holidays.

This pie comes in a nice box with a clear top to see the pie and is easy to close and store away. The pie was filled with flavor and thick with apple filling. The pies crust was not hard, and the inside was a soft texture. I like that this pie requires zero prepping, and I can just take it out of the box and serve it. Overall, the pie was good and not too sweet.

I would recommend buying this pie! The apple was good and it had a tasty crust. It was just the right size for our family.

This pie was absolutely perfect as it was premade and delicious and same in a nice little box which made transporting it easy. The pie had a great flavor and was delicious with a scoop of ice cream. This pie stayed fresh for at least a week as I stored it in the fridge before our family gathering and it still tasted good.

This apple pie was definitely way better. The filling is sweet but also a little tart and lots of nice spices. The crust was cooked thoroughly and a nice crunch as far as all pies go. This is not my favorite pie, but if you are looking for a small apple pie, this would be a good option.

Terrible and gummy filling…yuck! The crust wasn’t baked all the way and there wasn’t much flavor. GMO warning on the package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Apple pie has every opportunity to be truly amazing - the Apple has good flavor, the crust has the sugar top to it. Unfortunately it was just okay due to the fact that it did come broken up ok the top - not critical for my family but if you were truly hosting you would be bummed at that. Additionally, and the biggest thing for me was - it had TOO MUCH CRUST and not enough apple to it. I think it tasted good if you took off a ton of crust as there just wasn’t much filling which is what I really wanted. It’s a fine pie - but it was just fine. Nothing special not one I would necessarily buy again.

This was the worst Apple Pie, let alone pie, I have ever bought. The crust was soft and filling was not set and all-round a disappointment to eat. I wishe I could get a refund.
