It surely doesn't hurt my body, but how do I know if it's helping?What am I supposed to see or feel while taking a daily dose? I take it because it's reported to be good for me. But how? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been awhile since I had started taking vitamins (approximately 8 or 9 years), however I believe it makes a excellent difference! Many people (including myself) don't get the necessary vitamins every day that we need, whether from foods or making healthier choices in general, and getting that "extra boost" (starting a daily routine of taking few vitamins) will make a difference in health and wellbeing. Having started taking vitamins at a "fairly early age", I have felt much better, and tend to make much healthier choices for better health. With these Apple Cider Vitamins (I believe also available in Gummies for those who struggle with regular vitamins), they are an excellent addition to the vitamins I take daily. As well, I myself have looked at finding most natural or organic varieties, which also another benefit (least amount of filler items, or minimally processed), these have a great taste (very little or no "awful taste" so to speak). Certainly recommend these vitamins, and look forward to ordering more in the future!

I’m not sure what is going on but the sealed top of the packaging on the bottle is always stuck to the lid or something. Other than that, enjoy!

Good product, no after taste (sometimes even capsules have a bad aftertaste or back lash) & it has the right ingredients AS IT SHOULD :)
