Customer service is very good. This cargo trailer is the largest among several cargo trailer I researched and it safely hauls a large music instrument, backpack, etc.

Sturdy trailer however it was not what I wanted. Contacted customer service and we worked it out and I was sent a different cargo trailer I received it and am happy with it. Kudos to the CSR I have bought a few other cargo trailers that is why I keep coming back awesome products and very good CSR's

This is a good bike trailer, especially for the money. I wanted a trailer that had a storage area that was about 2 feet by 3 feet and this one is pretty close. By folding down the ends, you can carry lengths of about 6 or 7 feet. I like the 20 inch wheels because they handle well over small bumps in the road. Assembly can almost be done completely by hand. There are circlips to install but they provide circlip pliers. You will need a tire pump and you will need a wrench to remove the rear axle nut if your bike has them. It's possible for the fabric sidewalls to bulge and interfere with the tires. I'm thinking of putting some plywood on the inside of the sides but so far the trailer has worked fine without doing that. I use mine to get groceries. I like it; very convenient.

This bike trailer is the perfect size, and I LOVE the cover. The cover is very snug and secure, but it's still easy to put on with the stretchy corners. It's easiest to put the cover on from the long side and then stretching it over the width of the trailer to the other side. That way, you don't have to pull as far with the potential for it to pop off and it is first secured on a long side, giving it more stability. Anyways, I say this bike trailer can change the world because this trailer and a bicycle are all you need to replace your car for everyday, around-town errands. Imagine less road damage, less harmful fumes, and fewer accidents when Americans start using their automobiles less. Imagine less headache spent dealing with (or paying) car registration, insurance, loan or lease payments, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and everything else that comes with owning a car! It is closer to how nature intended us, if we are forced to exert ourselves for our food (cycling to the grocery and back). Imagine supporting your local businesses by default because they are now the most convenient to get to on bicycle, rather than a 20-minute car ride across town for the big, chain stores. Using my new bicycle and this trailer, I've successfully hauled groceries across my town, back to my house. This bicycle trailer fits as much as a full shopping cart at Aldi. I'm amazed that I can't even feel the trailer while pedaling! Like people say, it's only once you go uphill with a heavy load that you feel it tugging back at you. I'm super stoked about my newfound independence with my bicycle and this trailer! I hope it brings you just as much joy as it has for me.

We bought this trailer to use at a summer cottage where we go everywhere by bike. So we needed more space than our panniers offered for groceries, laundry, tools, whatever. This trailer seemed to fit the bill at a good price.

I bought this for the cargo space. It is huge! This is very nice but it would be nice if it had some welded hooks that I could clip bungee cords to to strap things down so they don't rattle. Unfortunately the roads here are bad so the cart rattles a lot and I do need to tie things down to prevent damage. The way it is I have to wrap the cords around the 4 corner posts which is difficult to do and reduces carrying space. I also removed the bars that protect the wheels because they add like eight or ten extra inches of girth which makes it unable to fit through normal doorways. I need to store it inside since theft and rust is a problem here and it was too much hassle having to lift it to turn sideways to fit through doorways. Luckily the bar seems optional as it came with end caps you can use instead. Would be nice if the bars were a little smaller / closer to the wheel. Otherwise, great cart!

I bought one of these in 2009 and used it to haul groceries and other heavy loads, also used to put my three kids in it and they loved getting carted all over Del Rio, TX. With the steel bottom can carry much more than 88lbs. Best trailer I have used if you don't mind the extra weight of the steel. Folds down easily as well.

Love it. It had some issues that were caused by the shipping but the company helped with a solution.

Went together well, very logical. Naturally the tyres arrive deflated so you will need a pump .I didn't study dimensions when ordering but have seen other bikes with them and was very pleased this was rather large in comparison. It is fairly heavy so not sure I'd want it on a push bike but on the mobility scooter it's fantastic I can get a full weeks shop in it

My Husband just loves it! He put it together as soon as he got it and put it on his bike. It's made to last that's for sure. I would recommend this to any one! Happy hauling.

Cargo area is specified at 24" wide but this measurement actually includes the metal frame around the cargo area. So it's not possible to fit something that is 24" wide into the trailer. This means I won't be able to use the trailer for the purpose I intended. Otherwise the trailer seems robust and nicely constructed.

I bought this for our autistic 10 year old as a Xmas gift. It's great because it's low spinnable chair. She's going to have loads of fun with it.
