6. 25 inch frying oan
I actually haven't tried it yet but looks like a perfect size to fry one egg. I used to own one this size but it was made out of iron which I can't use on the glass top stove I have now. . . so this will be great. . thanks.

Great Mini Pan!
This pan was not able to be shipped to Minnesota due to whatever was in the non-stick coating compounds, so I shipped it to a friend in Wisconsin who then shipped it to me. I’m thinking this was the reason this pan was discontinued. Still and all, it suits this 71 year-old single man just fine! Go with Anolon!

Great Pans
I like all 3 of the Anolon pans. The 6,25 inch mini frying pan is just right size for me when frying an egg. Just wipe it out and good for the next time. I wish I could get the 1 qt sauce pan without getting the whole set since I have 3 of the pans that go in the set. Will keep checking to see if and when the 1 Qt will be available

Mini Fry Pan
The handle is so heavy the pan does not set flat on the cooking surface unless you are cooking something heavy, therefore causing uneven cooking. Also, the sides are strait up and won't allow a normal spatuala to rreach down under what you are cooking without tearing part of it off.
