2.5 months AFTER ordered this hat showed up?! Seriously? Zero competency on the part of this company.Also it was folded in half flat/brim creases won't come out,& the clips that are supposed to attach the chin strap to the buttons on that are completely too small to clip on to them.Had to throw it away(or cut ear holes so the dog could wear)What a total fail of a product/purchase?
