Left me hungry two hours later

It is quite healthy with only with under 200 cal in the whole thing I wasn’t fulfilled and I was hungry. About two hours later after eating it. The beans are smooth, not grainy Simple to warm in the microwave.

As a dairy free nursing mom, there’s few things I enjoy eating that fall in the dairy free category. These have become one of my go-to lunches. It’s quick to heat up and really tastes good. The only reason I knocked off a star is because I don’t like how the wrap can be on the ends, where it’s kind of stiff and flakes/crumbles. But overall it’s quick, easy, and good.

They are right when they say you won’t miss the cheese and I’m a big cheese person. I like this is dairy free and still tastes good with the beans, rice & veggies but isn’t hard on the stomach which is enjoyable.
