    Cheese soup

    I bought a couple of Amy's frozen meals because they were on sale. Following directions on the package, it was just cheese soup with a couple chopped up pieces of pepper. I actually diced up some organic tomatoes, added a little sour cream and green hot sauce and turned this into a dip for my tortilla chips. Didn't finish it and would not buy again.

    Most frozen meals are things I eat begrudgingly because I’m too busy/tired to cook real food and don’t want to spend money on takeout. Most frozen meals are edible, but not what if call *good*. These Amy’s Chiles Rellenos are actually delicious! Full of flavor. Texture is a bit one-note (soft), but nothing a handful of pepitas or tortilla chips crushed in top can’t remedy. I will definitely be buying more, and resisting takeout with more frequency and less dread!

    Best amys meal

    Hands down my favorite Amys meal. It's not spicy, it has a perfect blend of all the ingredients. Every other meal I grew tired of over time but not this one. I still eat it almost every weeknight for dinner!

    Tastes like the real deal

    I love Mexican food. I grew up on it in Arizona. And I know that a frozen meal isn't ever going through give the same quality as fresh, but this is good. This is REALLY GOOD!! It's super flavorful and therefore very satisfying. I'm not kidding, this was very flavorful and easily the best frozen meal of any type that I've ever had.

    Yummy but too pricey

    This is the tastiest of Amy’s frozen Mexican style meals. Easy to prepare in the microwave. It’s a small amount of food - the regular price is way too high for what you get, but I’ll gladly buy again when it’s on sale.

    It tastes very much like my rellenos casserole!

    This is a real contender for when I don't have time to char, sweat, and peel the poblanos, cook the rice, etc., or just spending the time in the store finding everything. It tastes a lot like a chile rellenos casserole I make but I add dirty rice with black beans instead of regular rice, and queso asadero in place of the cheddar. I like that mine, Amy's is not fried! I love Tex/Mex foods.

    Small but healthy alternative

    I love that Amys has healthy ingredients for quick lunches. Although they do need to be paired with a salad or side dish when eating for lunch at work to make me full. This one is delicious.
