Amy's Gluten Free and Vegan Frozen Spanish Rice & Beans Enchilada Meal - 10oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just not a fan of the rice but maybe it's just the Asian in me. It was kind of a blob after I microwaved it. The black beans enchilada was really good. I like the mixed veggies in them especially the sweet corn. The side of bean seem a little redundant since there are black beans in the enchilada. Overall, it's good except for the rice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the cheese enchiladas, my store had this cheese one instead of the bean one. This one was amazing! The sauce had so much flavor and the corn did too. It had a nice little zip to the corn with the little pieces of green chilis. Really delicious meal for on the go meal!

I don’t mind the texture, though it’s a little soft. The taste is pretty good and leaves you wanting more! For being a frozen meal it definitely tastes like it was just made fresh.

For a frozen meal, this is quite tasty and fairly low calorie option. Wish they were a bit cheaper but good to get a few when on sale.

flavor is good nothing to dislike. My favorite out of all the frozen vegan meals sold at target. Can’t go wrong with this. Definitely recommend.

These were somewhere in the middle for me. Kind of a bland sauce and a little dry but the rice came out pretty good so i cant complain too much

I keep a few in my freezer for when I need a quick easy meal just pop it in microwave. I they do come out better in the oven though if you have the patience to wait the enchiladas are more crispy that way.

I was afraid that it would be really salty tasting, but it was not. The rice was cooked perfectly. I really loved the corn added to it. The beans tasted good and the Enchilada was awesome. The black beans, zucchini, and bell peppers were just the right amount. I was very pleased with this meal and will get it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i actually enjoyed this meal. the recipe seemed really good, with a nice pop of mexican flavors and enough rice/beans to make it a meal. i usually stay away from mexican food in frozen meals, because my recollection of them in the past is not good.. but Amy's seems to have it figured out.. the ingredients taste fresh and the portions are good size. I will purchase again.

I like the enchiladas, they have good texture, and I feel that this is much better quality than other brands that are also in the frozen section.

I heated this one by microwave so it was ready super fast since my lunch break is short. The rice on the side was yummy as well as beans. The enchilada itself was amazing. I also love how it's vegan! This entree is a complete meal so I felt satisfied after to get back to work.
