Taste is great, sometimes the texture is weird tho
I really love the taste and variety of this Amy’s meal! Some of the other meals the microwave times are way off, but this one is really accurate and everything gets evenly cooked. My only gripe is I feel like the quality control has gone down. Recently, I’ve been getting a lot more boxes that have hard pieces or huge mushroom chunks with weird texture. Maybe just me, but it’s been more noticeable the past few times I’ve gotten it.

Delicious
I thought this would be a somewhat bland scramble, but it was surprisingly flavorful and tasty. I shouldn't have doubted Amy's, most of their frozen offerings are great. Now if only Target could keep it in stock at their St. Louis area stores...

Impressive flavor
Just had this breakfast for the first time and I’m impressed enough to leave a review. It didn’t look like the photo in the box, but it tasted so delicious. I usually prefer my hash browns crispy, and that’s hard to accomplish with a microwave meal. Otherwise, it’s worth it. I will buy it again

The PERFECT vegan meal!! I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t like the texture of the hashbrowns in this because it’s a microwave meal, but WOW. The flavors are lovely and even better with a dash of salt and maple syrup! It looks like quite a hot mess, but it makes up fo everything in flavor. I really hope Amy’s doesn’t discontinue this delicious creation.

This is THE best vegan frozen meal out there. Not just for breakfast. I eat it anytime of day. Add some shredded vegan cheese and avocado chunks, and a slice of sourdough toast when am really hungry and want a full meal fast. This is Amy’s hidden gem that gets under recognized due to it often hiding away from the other meals in the frozen breakfast section, but it has more nutritional value and will leave you less hungry than most other frozen meals, and tastes better too.
