The ingredients seem to be fairly straightforward not with not a lot of added fluff that is unnecessary. The overall flavor was good although I can’t say my kids were a fan of it. It does come in a cardboard ask container so I imagine it’s safe for warming no plastic.

And eat whenever i'm busy and doesn't have time to cook.I'll prepare lunch for work overall it is very good and easy to make.The portion is bigger than I anticipated, which is also a plus. It smelled very good. I highly recommend it. Is a well seasoned and not very salty

appreciate the quality, gf, df and organice ingredients and its tastes great. My only issue is the extra added sugar that makes it not near as healthy as it could be.

It’s not that good for the high price. I probably won’t buy again unless on sale.

I am a huge fan of Amy’s in general but had never tried the stir fry before. It heats up beautifully and is done in only 5 minutes and it tastes like I made it from scratch. I love that the sodium content is low and it’s pretty healthy for a frozen meal. The tofu adds a nice bit of protein and the broccoli was perfectly cooked! I love the sweet and savory stir fry sauce as well. This is a huge win! My only complaint is that it’s very hard to find in my area — wish more stores would stock the stir fry because this is delicious!
