Disappointing experience

The product was packaged well but there were various scratches on the metal components and some of them had dents. There were no labels on any of the parts so it was difficult to follow the manual and assemble the chair. There is a cap on the gaslift that one needs to remove for assembly but good luck removing that cap without hurting yourself. It was very tightly fixed and I ended up cutting my fingers while removing it. Target does not offer replacement for this item so one needs to carry this 40 pounds package to a Target store to get a refund.
