I'd buy it again

Helps keep me regular when I use it regularly. It doesn't mix super well with water if you don't drink it pretty quickly. I find the taste pleasant but I feel like it can get stuck between my teeth especially when drinking the last bit in the bottom of the glass. I feel like I am doing something beneficial for my health when I add this to my daily routine. Sipping on it throughout the day keeps my heath at the forefront of my mind and helps me make better choices throughout the day.

To shift the body in the direction of alkaline balance

I tried this at the advice of a book i am reading about alkalizing the body to rid the body of inflammation. I use it occasionally in my post-workout vegan vanilla protein shake (small scoop add-in) so I can't complain about the taste of it. I do feel like it's improved my overall gut health which regulates the body in a major way. I finished 30 servings and will re-order. I think this is one of the things that I am doing that is contributing to my overall health and wellness. It tastes pure and is vibrantly green!
