[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omgggg I love this pan. I cooked apple fritters with it and nothing stuck to the pan. The butter didn’t burn, the apples carmelized nicely and the oil heated up to the right temp and didn’t flex from hotter to cold. The temp on this pan stayed right where I wanted it. Anddddd NOTHING STUCK TO IT! It was easy to clean and I am so happy I have this pan as part of my cookware now.

It replaced both my non stick pan and iron pan. I love how it heats all food evenly which ensures consistency no matter what you throw at it. I have over 10 different pans in my house. If I am forced to pick just one pan I would pick this one without hesitation.

I've cooked up eggs, stir fry, and grilled cheese and this pan still looks brand new. The picture is after cooking eggs this morning and only wiping it out with paper towels.

When I tell you it was so easy to clean even after burning eggs on it, it returned right back to straight out the packaging after a little soak and scrub, no elbow grease required! When it comes to cooking I have only tried it out with my morning eggs, as someone who hates runny whites in my eggs this pan is awesome it cooks them perfectly for me! Overall I heavily recommend this pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alva Maestro 5 Ply Stainless Steel 8 inch frying pan is an unexpectedly versatile pan! It is very well made. It's got a heavy bottom that heats up fast and evenly and the handle stays cool to the touch. You can even use it in the oven up to 400°F. What I love the most is the welded handle. I hate pans with rivets on the inside. They are always so hard to clean. This pan has no rivets so the entire cooking surface is smooth. Initially, I thought an 8 inch pan would be too small and only useful for frying up an egg. Turns out it's a great pan for making meals for one! I made brunch with it, noodles, pasta, and even kimchi pancakesI If you preheat it correctly, nothing sticks! I also love serving the meal in the pan. It keeps food hot until the last bite, and it also saves me from washing more dishes. Clean-up was pretty easy, too. If anything was stuck on, a bit of vinegar and salt got it back to looking like brand new. I am absolutely in love with this little pan!

It's stainless steel and pretty hefty, but the perfect thing is it's dishwasher and all heat sources safe. It isn't non-stick so cleaning it is different than non-stick sources- this can take getting used to but it's worth it in the end. So far, it hasn't given me any issues in the kitchen and I hope it lasts a long time.
