Runs small

I am 5'4, 130 and ordered my normal size medium. Sometimes I have to size way down because these type of jackets run so large. When I took the jacket out of the package, I could see it was really small. It is very flattering on, but I could not fit anything but a tank top underneath. The apricot color is beautiful, the quality is good and I love the style. The length is cropped and the sleeves hit at my wrists (not short as pictured.) I just re-ordered in size large and we'll see.
