Q: I bought and installed the fan. I love it, however when using the remote, the light doesn’t stay on a specific color. Every time you turn it off and back on, it goes to a different one. I can’t find anywhere on where to fix this

A: Thank you for your purchase and timely follow-up. We deeply apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the light color issue. Turn off the lights for 10 seconds and then turn them back on to maintain the desired color of the light.
