Fun Way To Workout
I had a mini trampoline as a teenager that I used for cardio for several years. When we decided to do a home gym, I remembered how fun the mini trampoline was, and I knew it was something the kids would enjoy as well, so I decided to incorporate one. I chose this one because I liked the height range on the handlebar, the weight capacity, and color options. The handbar height goes from 32.7 inches to 41.7 inches. The weight capacity goes up to 330 pounds, which is nice when a several kids decide to bounce together. The frame is reinforced steel and is quite sturdy and strong. It's just as much fun as I remember and gives a lower impact workout.
