The little ruffles along the bottom are the cutest touch! This would be cute under any coat, flannel, or jacket! It’s cute and comfy, and just a tad scratchy! It’s so versatile: you could dress it up with some jeans and a long coat or go cute and cozy with a pair of leggings! I highly recommend, would love more colors!
