Beautiful skirt

This skirt is beautiful and I do love it. I am between a size 20 to 22 (or 2X) but I did feel like this skirt ran a little small so it fits better when I'm closer to a size 20. If in doubt just size up as it has an elastic waist band in the end to help cinch if it's a little big.
