Cute but Too Small

It’s a very cute top, but too small. I had read some other reviews about this brand and decided to order a size up. I normally wear a 26/28, leaning more toward 28. I have a heavy bust and hips. I ordered the 4X, which says is a size 30, but it fits like a small 26, which I can still usually wear. It is snug when standing so I would not feel comfortable wearing it sitting. Other than that, the design is cute. It’s very feminine, I love the polka dots, and the tie at the neck. The length would be good too. But it’s for small plus sizes only, so it will have to go back.
