Agnes Orinda Women's Plus Size Denim Zipper Front Flare Short A-Line Skirts with Pockets

This skirt is more like a pencil straight skirt than a a-line skirt. It is very stretchy and has a terrible fit. I had to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 5’9 and weigh 215 lbs. I usually wear size XL or 1X. I have hips so 1x is typically better for this. I was excited for this skirt because I felt it would have been perfect for work. First the good. The material is nice and has a good stretch. The pocket on the side is really cute. But here is the downfall. The waist is very tight. Normally 1X is a little loose in the waist. But this ok has no stretch and was uncomfortable. It pushed in my belly and made me feel bigger than I am. Not flattering. I wanted it to be a win but this one is going back. I received an incentive to write this review.

I am normally a 14 and this fit very comfortably with a little added room. The quality was good. Overall this would be a great skirt for someone looking for this exact color. It just wasn’t for me. There are pockets which are great for holding my phone for me. The length is perfect for a busy mom on the go. This skirt is a good alternative to shorts when the weather is warm or you want to dress things up! I highly recommend this skirt! I received an incentive to write this review.

The material was a thinner cargo type pant material. I think this skirt is simple and casual and would look great paired with a longer shirt. The stretch is nice in the bottom of the skirt but there is no stretch in the waistband. I like the color and feel this would go with do many things like boots or tights for fall. However I would prefer to have more stretch in the waistband. Try this with a bootie and sweater but size up one. I received an incentive to write this review.
