Very disappointing experience. I placed my order at the beginning of the month, thinking that was more than enough time before Christmas. The order arrived incorrect, and when I contacted them to fix it, they sent a replacement — which was also wrong and arrived only a few days before Christmas. Now I’m being told there’s nothing available before Christmas, which is completely unacceptable considering this was their mistake, not mine. There was no urgency, no real solution, and no accountability. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service. I will not be ordering from here again.
