Activia has always been my go to yogurt and now the Activia drink is my quick and on the run breakfast. The portions are the perfect size and easy to grab and go. Vanilla is my favorite flavor, it’s creamy smooth and delicious.

I like that Activia helps to support my gut health. It’s an easy way to incorporate probiotics into my diet. Just drink two probiotic dailies, one in the morning and one in the evening to help keep your gut healthy. Helping to reduce the frequency of minor digestive discomfort, including gas, bloating, rumbling and abdominal discomfort. The vanilla is my favorite, it is lightly sweetened so I can drink it alone or add to a smoothie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many times probiotic drink products are a bit too sour or too thick, but these Activia probiotic dailies are great! They're very small and easily fit in a lunch box/bag, or even in a purse. They're only a few sips, so even if you're not normally a fan of yogurt type products you can get this down in a quick second. The vanilla flavor was great! It's not too sweet, but also not too sour as some yogurt/probiotic products are. I would definitely purchase these again as an easy and tasty way to benefit my health!
