NOT 180Hz , its 60Hz
States 180Hz only goes tp 60Hz, it looks nice but does NOT work the way it’s advertised.

Dear Amanda, This monitor does indeed support 180hz, but if you are connecting this to the onboard graphics, this is what is limiting you to 60hz. To get above 60hz you will need to connect the monitor to a dedicated GPU that supports 180hz. These products have a 90-day warranty against hardware defects. High quality at a low cost!
I've been using a tv for a monitor so this was a serious upgrade. The refurb is basically new and definitely made it more affordable. I'm creating with it so I'm not gaming but I'm sure it would make a good gaming monitor as well. Pairs well with my Mac mini for sure. Highly recommended!

Save more for a better monitor....
I have these black dotted lines going down my screen. The ghosting/ tearing is very bad. 120 hz not 180hz. I decided to cheap out on my monitor because I didn't wanna wait. It's a shame i cant get the most out of my PC because of how awful this monitor is. If you're low budget I guess go for it. Itll hold me down until I save for my OLED. Came with display port and hdmi cable. Great condition on the outside just bad display.

**False Advertising – Fails to Deliver Promised Specs & Poor Design** I bought this monitor expecting **3440×1440 resolution and a 180Hz refresh rate**, but the actual performance is unacceptable: - **Max resolution is only 2560×1080** (not the advertised 3440×1440). - **Refresh rate is stuck at 60Hz** (far from the claimed 180Hz). On top of that, the **stand is extremely low and non-adjustable**, making ergonomic use impossible. Even with a raised desk, the monitor sits too low, forcing me to slouch. A stand this poorly designed is inexcusable for a modern display. I’ve tried different cables (DisplayPort/HDMI 2.0), updated drivers, and tweaked settings—nothing fixes these issues. This product **does not match its advertised specs**, and the terrible stand adds insult to injury. **Avoid this monitor** unless you’re okay with false claims and discomfort. I’m requesting a refund.

Incredible Monitor and Value
Buying refurbished always can cause apprehension. Fortunately the risk was worth it. It is in incredible condition. I would highly recommend to use the HDR mode as the color can make everything feel washed out, but in HDR it looks spectacular. It’s my first ultrawide as well so it takes a little bit of time to get used to as things can feel stretched out, but it is worth it. My next purchase will be a PC to take full advantage of the 180 hertz as my PS5 is limited to 60 hertz via HDMI 2.0. While I haven’t used it yet for work, I am drooling at the thought of using it for work. I had a flat 27” which was a ton of space but the 34” UW honestly feels significantly bigger given the aspect ratio. The biggest con of the refurbished model is one of the bottom VESA mount screws is completely stripped. Fortunately the weight works for my arm mount and with three screws it’s plenty stable, but it was a pain to remove the screw after realizing it was stripped.
