Deceitful Marketing

I did not receive what I ordered, but apparently this is what they do. I thought I was getting a good sale deal on a large 8x10 area rug but instead I overpaid for a 2x5 runner. The rug itself is a very cute design and seems to be decent quality (have yet to use/wash it), I’ll still use it for something other than what I originally intended since it’s so small.

DO NOT PURCHASE

This company purposely labels the rugs incorrectly so that you’re paying more thinking you will get a certain size but a different smaller size is what you will get. They also do not allow exchanges and they do not have a customer service line. It just goes to voicemail and they do not respond to emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

It seems the manufacturer was sending whatever they had. I ordered the green 8x10 and received the navy 6x9. Although I'm glad it wasn't an runner as most seem to be receiving, it wasn't what I ordered.

I should have read the reviews 1st yes I also received a 2x6...not 8x10 like the item say in description. very sad as this was going in the wonderland room. Buyer beware this is a 2x6 RUNNER not a full rug.
