Acekool Floral Area Rug - 6x9 Non-Slip Washable Carpet for Living Room & Bedroom

I ordered 2 of these rugs. First I received 2 runners instead of 2 6 x9 rugs. Then I had to re order because target had no way of getting in touch with the company. They had me reorder them . It was 20 days of waiting I was checking the status of the order & at one point it said the shipping wasn’t paid. Target emailed me to pay the shipping myself, I called customer service to see how to do that( even though it seemed crazy, I needed the rugs & had been waiting long after a customer service said they’d talk to the company & have the rugs rushed to me. Not true. Then another customer service person said they didn’t know why the customer service would say that because I couldn’t pay because that wasn’t possible & just to wait. Then eventually the post office status said the package was seized for counterfeit postage. I called the customer service 2nd level specialist that they told me to call like they’d rectify this , who was horrible & rude. I wouldn’t order anything from this “target partner” this was a terrible inconvenience. But ordered from target not the partner, so I’m less inclined to order from target online because what kind of partners are they dealing with & Will this happen again? And will I get rude customer service , or crazy misinformation. I talked to several people in customer service, not all were rude & horrible but I didn’t get my rugs my money was tied up for 20 days waiting. They did give me a gift card which I said I didn’t want I just wanted what I ordered and the customer service person it threw that in my face, what you got a gift card. When I asked for her manager the person said I couldn’t talk to anyone that day, got mad & hung up on me🤪 just a total crazy horrible experience
