He is the co-author of The ACT Approach, The ACT Card Deck and Mindful Yoga-Based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Jessica Borushok, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, ACT trainer, and founder of Busy Mind Reboot. She has consulted on a multi-site, grant-funded program to help parents of children in neonatal intensive care units.
