A to Z Animal Mysteries #1: The Absent Alpacas - by Ron Roy & Kayla Whaley (Paperback)

This is such a fun book! I bought a copy for my nephew, who is 2. It’s a fun, not-scary mystery with 3 friends and their dog who discover that all the alpacas for the fair’s costume contest are missing except one. The costume contest concept is great and even kids who aren’t old enough to read this themselves (like my nephew) get a kick out of the bright pictures and silly costumes. Later, I told a friend who is a 2nd grade teacher about it and she introduced it to her class. She says five kids have read and loved it so far!
