84" Huntington Oxford Wood Bookcase - Martin Furniture

We are anticipating arrival of bookshelves and hope to be very satisfied.

I ordered the 3 bookcases on 09/03 with receipt expected by 09/17 to 09/21. I called for confirmation on 09/16 and was told it would ship on time the 17th. Still with no word on delivery I called again and was told it should have shipped from the manufacturer on the 17th. They checked again since I should have some kind on information from the shipper and was told "oh, it's on backorder and you won't receive it until mid November. I just hope the bookcases are worth the cost and the two months waiting for.

Your website said my order will ship in two weeks. Three weeks after I placed my order you tell me that you cannot ship for 16 weeks after I placed my order. No explanation as to why!
