Many of pre drilled holes were not pre drilled, particle board construction that chipped had problems, dowels kept breaking. Cheap made.

This shelf was exactly what I needed and was cheaper than other competitor brands

Store said they had two. I ordered two for pick up. They had one. Offered to ship other free. This was weeks ago and I still have a delayed package. The options only provide a return. I don’t want a return. I want my package. Give me an option to work with.

Very pleased with this piece! It looks great in my living room and for the price, the quality seems excellent as well. I wanted something to store my baby’s toys in and it is exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend.

We got two of this size for our room and a 6 cube for our son’s room about three years ago, and a 6 cube one 9 years ago. The 6 cubes have held up well, but one of the 8 cubes in our room developed a hole on the top side (it’s laying long way) and we have no idea how. We just purchased our fifth one from this brand, another 8 cube and it arrived damaged. We figured if it was on the inside, whatever, the return hassle wouldn’t be worth something we didn’t see. But it’s on the outside. We got this on sale and if we return or exchange it, it would take too long and be a hassle with the size, plus this was a “gift” using money from family so we’d have more storage in our room. Given that a random hole appeared within 3 years of use on one of these and it arrived damage somehow from shipping I guess, it’s safe to say these are cheaply made but you know that already. Look at the price. You get what you pay for. It does its job, looks nice but these aren’t strong or built to last. I’d still recommend these just bc we have so many and only 2 have problems, the odds are positive but I think this will be our last purchase of these. The cubes also wear easily and don’t maintain structural integrity, and the size (13x13x13) is impossible to find anywhere else so you pretty much have to buy their ugly boring colors or have cubes that don’t fit.

so shtty. had it standing up while building so i could place the panels on the dowels easier. went to go put it back down to screw the other side on, the thing fell apart and the dowels broke the wood of one of the pieces so now i can’t even finish it! lovely. $80 for garbage materials.

You’d think for $80 it would be packaged nice, ya no, completely damaged and now I’m supposed to go and return it in a foot of snow… lol don’t recommend

Best quality cubical I’ve ever had. I actually ended up buying another one. Worth the extra money for sure.

Honestly, there’s cool furniture out there but for somebody that’s trying to like visually have stuff because I have like the blind paralysis thing where you don’t notice where stuff is if I don’t see it I actually really like these because of it they’ve held up for years for me and I actually own like five of them. One of them literally holds my records, my vinyl records and my CDs and if you didn’t know, they can hold up to 250 pounds downside though sometimes I feel like I have to tighten them because I feel like they don’t always feel stable, though I have, however, added legs to these. And they’ve worked just fine. I’ve even put rollers on them aka casters. So I can move it wherever I need it.

Very poor quality! Do not buy this. It arrived damaged, and after assembly it broke and couldn’t support any weight. The return process is extremely troublesome, and customer service is completely unhelpful—their responses are dismissive and do nothing to solve the issue.

Easy to follow directions. Looks great in our playroom.

One of the screws is completely bent and there was wrong instructions in the box. Extremely disappointed.

Very pleased! I've bought a cube organizer before from IKEA and this completely blew it out of the water! The hardware used makes this organizer a lot more sturdy, and looks nice. VERY satisfied with this purchase!

Perfect size for closet organization

Amazing shelf but arrived with a hole in it from shipping.

I love these shelves and have purchased many. This is the first time I was sent a shelf that was not the correct color (the box said black oak) but the true color was an espresso brown. This wasn't a new shelf but a returned shelf. The pieces were in an open ziplock bag all over the box. It didn't come with the Allen wrench or the wall mounting brackets.
