Gamers travel through time to hunt dragons and protect humanity in 7th Dragon III Code: VFD. The story is spread between the ancient city of Atlantis, Tokyo in the year 2100, and the far future capital of Eden, with players slowly learning more about the 7th True Dragon that threatens to destroy humanity forever. Gamers begin by creating a custom character from three different styles, eight classes, and forty voice actor options, and then they head into turn-based battles with a nine-person party split into groups of three, with the two rear squads offering support to the front group.Players are recruited into these dragon battles by Nodens Enterprises, a Japanese video game company that has developed the ability to travel through time.
