Description

This contemporary modern ceiling fan from the Casa Vieja brand has a sleek look that's just right for modern homes. The large ceiling fan comes in a matte black finish, with three metal blades also in a matching matte black finish. A wall control is included for easy operation. UL listed for damp locations, you can use it outdoors on covered patios or porches. Because the fan design has metal fan blades, it must be mounted at least 10-feet from the floor.

Attractive but doesn't move much air!

Previous residence had 2 Casa Vieja 60" Turbina fans that we loved and moved a whole lot of air at "high" speed. Installed this model at new home, but "high" spins very slowly and barely moves any air. Also, spins clockwise, no reverse setting. Isn't a fan supposed to turn counterclockwise for cooling? Very disappointing and will have to replace with something else.

Pretty and sleek

Very pretty fan, the blades are a lot longer than i am used to (my mistake i didn't look at measurements). My only complaint is that i wish the speed would go higher. The fastest setting seems more like a “medium” speed on a basic smaller type fan. I feel like it would cool us down better on a hot day if the speed went higher.
