Item was supposed to be delivered early last week. No update has been given of when it will be delivered, shows that it's in my hometown, and no other communication has been give, which is very frustrating.

Very nice quality and easy to put together. The bottom is wide so make sure to put somewhere it won’t be a tripping hazard. I really like it!

It’s supposed to look rustic like glulam pieces. Very nice for the price.

The upsides: This is a sturdy coat that easily holds multiple winter coats and even a backpack without tipping. Easy assembly - took about 5 mins. The downsides: It’s supposed to look rustic, but ultimately just looks like cheap wood composite (see pics). Since it’s mostly covered up by coats it’s not that big a deal, but I wouldn’t want it in my house otherwise. Also, the plastic “feet” that come on the bottom of the legs are cheap and made the rack off balance. I tried trimming one down with scissors and ended up just taking them off. I got this on a really good sale, so I’m pleased with my purchase overall but if I had paid full price, I’d be a little disappointed.

Love this coat rack. However, when it arrived, I put it together and noticed that one of the screws holding the coat hangers in place was broke in half. Part of it is stuck in the wood. So, now I have a hanger that is lopsided. Wish I could get a refund or partial refund for this as it was an expensive product. The only way to get one is to return the item, which is basically impossible since it is a free standing coat rack lol.

The base is huge and a tripping hazard for young kids. Wood is mismatched but it's cute. Mine does not stand up straight (maybe user error in assembly).

This coat rack is sturdy and the wood finish adds warmth to my home. My only complaint is that the wood seems mismatched, but it doesn’t really bother me. My husband commented on how much he likes it since it’s very convenient for any items we need on a daily basis when we leave the house.

Really like the look of this rack and wish it fit in my space. The base is a tripping hazard if you don't have ample space to put this, so sadly having to return.

Wood quality is great, sturdy, super easy to assemble. Just as pictured. It’s been a lovely practical addition to our entry way.

I needed a coat rack/coat tree and after a month of looking in stores, I ordered this one. The pictures were great. The reality is something that looks like scrap wood cobbled together. I'm sure it's sturdy enough and while yes, it will be covered with coats, it is not very attractive. It looks like the floor in the 1860s farmhouse I lived in as a small child.

It looks really nice, but there is assembly required. It looks easy enough to put together, but it didn't come with any hardware. I like the look of it enough not to send it back, but now I need to make an extra trip to the hardware store and spend more money to buy hardware. Not thrilled.

Very nice looking and sturdy. Wish the wood grain was more consistent in color, but overall nice piece to hold my boys’ jackets by the back door.

Works well in our space - I will say the stain is inconsistent- I remember seeing that in a different review and uploaded pictures to display it. It doesn't bother me and I don't think will be super noticable as we begin using it. Good quality, solid piece.

I really wanted to like this but the different pieces of wood had different tones to them, some of which had a green cast and it didn’t look good. Wish it was all a consistent stain. Otherwise it seemed sturdy and I like the design and hooks.

It’s a beautiful piece of furniture in my entryway. Plenty of hooks. Sturdy.

I love the look of this older style coat rack. Nice hard wood that is sturdily built. So easy to add base to the long post that comes in 1 piece. It takes mere minutes. I spent much longer removing sticker from the top of the post.
