Target sent the wrong item but rather than take it back, I have to hunt down a printer and drive it to UPS to get my money back. Why don't they deal with the hassle of their mistake? Plus, the black one they sent is junk

This could be a beautiful rod. Twice I have ordered and twice there have been pieces missing. I was given a refund for the first order. I will be returning the second order and not placing another order. Beware if you order this rod. If you are lucky enough to receive ALL the parts necessary to install then you will be pleased, as it is beautiful. I will move on and find another replacement elsewhere.

The rod itself adds a nice, decorative touch to any room. However, twice, I received a heavily damaged box with missing or damaged pieces. The first order was missing a rod, both finials, and the hardware. The box was busted wide open in the middle and each end of the box was open. I couldn’t believe that either Target or the delivery company could consciously deliver an item in that state. Target replaced the item at no extra charge but again, I received a damaged box with tape haphazardly used to hold it together. One end of the box was open and one of the finials was missing some of the decorative materials it’s made of. Instead of asking for a second replacement, I made do with what I received. Target either needs to sell items like this in stores or do a better job with shipping and handling.

They sent me with a broken one

I only got the ends of the product and no rod. Disappointing because I like the ends a lot. :(

I ordered silver and received gold. Also took at least 3 weeks to receive

The rod endcaps are beautiful, however I gave these 3 stars because the hardware that holds up the rods is not strong enough to support more than 2 curtains. I put 4 curtains and the anchor and the nail came immediately out. Unfortunately they were mounted with the anchor that comes with the box. Do not use those, they are junk. I wish the bracket for the rod was stronger because they really are pretty when they are mounted.

It’s pretty! But the satin finish on this sucks… it arrived scraped up because the paint is just poorly finished. If the curtains are closed it’s fine but when they’re open you can see the bar and all the silver from where the paint came off.

I received this product broken which was really frustrating. I returned the rod and got my money back and purchased a cuter and less expensive curtain rod. This product is cute but not the cutest.

This curtain rod looks very nice once it is up, however I ran into several hiccups when installing it. At first I was confused because the box comes with 3 poles, 2 larger diameter with finials on one end and 1 smaller diameter that is open on both ends. Initially, I was confused because I couldn't get the rod without the finials to fit into the rods with the finials. Then I realized that one of the finials came installed on the wrong rod. The finials are affixed to the rod with a small allen screw, however when I looked through the hardware that came with the package, there was no allen wrench. I didn't have a small enough allen wrench on hand to remove the finial so I had to wait and borrow a wrench to complete the switch. Once that hiccup was resolved, it was easy to install and it looks great. I am happy with the finished look, however I was frustrated with the poor packaging.

It is a long rod I could have gotten the shorter one but I wanted the rod to be reinforced. The rod also doesn’t have anything to make it stay So when I open my blinds it slides and I have to adjust it. It is very pretty though. I’m still contemplating taking it back and exchanging it for the shorter one. I did not use the brackets sent I used something stronger so I didn’t install other than putting the rod together. I am glad I didn’t need all three because the third section would not go into the other two parts and the instructions didn’t help with that at all. I might recommend the shorter one but not this one
