Very disappointed!

I received this bed today. It is nothing like as seen in this picture. The sides are almost flat. There is no structure like seen in this picture.If I tried to put a book in the pocket you see, my book would be on the floor. It cam with no care instructions and there is no zipper I see to remove and wash like advertized. This was an expensive item. Its not something you can just put back in the bag / box and send back. I'm extremely disappointed . This was my first time ordering from Target onlline and it will be my last!
