    Disappointing

    We bought 3 of these for 3 bedrooms. Right off the bat we had difficulties with the controls from different rooms setting of lights and/or fans in other. They did not have the capability to be put on separate frequencies. We had to swap one out. Then after 4 years, 2 fans have failed. Disappointing as these were not inexpensive fans.

    Disappointed

    Have had issues since installation. We had an electrician install this fan but since day one, the fan speeds were reversed and the air flow was inconsistent. 18 months later, the light flickered and quit working. After contacting lampsplus, I learned that it only has a 1 year warranty. The fan looks nice but I am disappointed with the mechanics.

    Not as pictured

    I'm disappointed with this fan. It does not have the color contrast that the picture shows, which was critical for me in pulling the room together. I feel a little duped. It also feels cheap, but then again I should have known by the price that it would.

    These fans break within 2 years

    We purchased 4 of these fans two years ago and currently only one of the four is working. The only reason one is working is because we had to replace the receiver in that one a year ago. These fans are garbage, which is frustrating as they were not cheap.

    Remote Receiver unit is no good.

    Nice looking quite fan. However After having to install two receiver units because it didn't pick up the remote signal I found you had to pull the antenna wire out past the canopy cover to get enough signal to work. Inside the canopy (where it should reside) it just didn't work. Cheap receiver unit I think. I will say customer service was very good - product not so much.
