A: I received instructions, but not all of the necessary parts. I am not able to locate a way to get those parts, and I have already mostly assembled the structure. So, I am disappointed in the product right now.

It took a little over 2 hours to assemble by myself and when I completed it, it was very wobbly. I only put in a small amount of clothing because I am afraid it will fall over. I will be trying to find a spot where it can lean against a wall to help hold it up.

I was so happy to find this piece at the store - exactly what I need! While assembling, it becase a pile of trash. The metal parts bent so easily - we cannot do anything with it. We assembled it for 2 hours and in the end, the cover did not fit ... so now we have a whole in the material. I do not ever say this, but I really want a refund for this rack! So angry!

I bought 2 of these in total. The first wasn't holding up so I figured I'd get another to separate my things & go thru my stuff to get rid of some & get rid of the 1 with the bent piece. While I was hanging things the new 1 leaned & bent the rods as I tried to hold it up alone. I took the top off & tried to prop it up & the rails all bent that were holding my clothes. I have a huge mess to deal with & nowhere to put it now.

This item was purchased to hold clothing during a construction project. It collapsed the next day . All of the poles bent and despite correct assembly, I had to lay it down on a bed in order to house clothing. I would not recommend

Another low quality piece
I purchased a wardrobe from Target a few years ago that fell apart, so I was looking for a replacement. I went with this one because it said it had a metal frame, and my last one was cheap plastic that broke. We followed the instructions to a T when assembling, and not only did the cover fabric rip when trying to put it on, but the metal bars BENT! This metal is so chincy and cheap. Save your money, this is not worth the $40 (even the sale price of $32 was hardly worth it)

Tired of planned obsolescence and horrid craftsmenship.
This level of quality is truly disappointing.. this is the worst ever! Not worth your money or time. I started putting this together and didn’t bother finishing. Tbh I shouldn’t even have bothered because I knew already it wasn’t gonna be great..Everywhere is mass making things cheaper and it SHOWS. Bring back quality woodworkers and craftsmen.. otherwise ya lost me target.

This was surprisingly sturdy and good quality for the price. If you follow directions and carefully install the cover to not tear it, everything works as it should. Ignore the bad reviews. I’m not sure if their clothes were too heavy or if it wasn’t secured properly when being put together, but mine holds my clothes just fine.
