Bookshelf is good, assembly complicated at the end, tools not all included

I was so close to giving it 5 stars. Assembling the actual shelf was a breeze, took less than an hour. However, when I got to the anchoring process it got more annoying. They're aren't any words in the instructions, which is fine, until this step. Literally no indication what size drill bit is needed to set the anchor. You're left to guess and randomly drill holes until it fits. This would've been so easy to prevent by adding the screw or bit size. Also, just a pet peeve of mine, don't say tools are included when they aren't all included. You get an Allen wrench. You will need a hammer, drill, and screwdriver for complete assembly.

Great item, terrible customer service

Great product but only received one item, was given the runaround for a week before issuing a refund… no offer of a coupon or discount code… just a delayed refund and quick have a nice day because they didn’t want to continue to deal with me. I had to reach out 3 times to get the refund.. wait two days (agent 1) nope wait 4 days and Monday is a holiday so now it’s 5 (agent 2) … not what I expected from Target. Very disappointed.

This is a cute shelf but circle head screws?????? How are you supposed to assemble with a normal screwdriver (like it tells you to, when it just spins and spins?
