Damaged

Two pieces of the cross legs came damaged (stuck together). Unable to have a replacement sent with returning all the heavy boxes.

Bad Product

Worst experience with the purchase. The shipping box was damaged with minor cosmetic damages to the product internally. Assembly instructions were terrible and is not easy to assemble as listed in the description. I had to call professional help to assemble these, which costs extra. Even with the professional help the Chair legs are rocky. The folding mechanism doesn't close correctly and always opens up on one side. Wouldn't recommend.

These damages to the product may be due to violent transportation during shipping. Regarding the instability of the chair legs, we recommend checking the tightness of the screws on all four legs. Please ensure they are uniformly tightened by placing the chair on a level surface and adjusting each screw as needed. This step often resolves issues with rocking legs.
