85 lb Piece of junk

Only gave it one star because zero stars in not available. Stand is nice but he fireplace will not turn on, we have tried everything. Contacted and Target and they will refund if we return to store or by mail. So now what? Disassemble a stand that took me three hours to put together that I don’t have the original box for? And lug 80lbs of pieces to Target? Poor quality and ridiculous return instructions.

Super cute! Got on sale!

I took off an after for my husband who had to out it together and hates it! But I love it! I was nervous come some reviews weren’t great! We got the natural color and its gray tone and matched well with our furniture! No issues with the fire place working and everything went together well / but it was a huge pain per my hubby!

A little disappointed but not totally

One door did not have a drilled hole for the knob, will have to drill my own hole. Fire in the fireplace does not look like the fire in the picture. I wonder if it was enhanced in the picture to make it look more inviting. Otherwise, I like the unit itself. At 55% off, you get what you pay for.

Came Broken

This product is extremely heavy. Despite being packaged well it still arrived with one of the boards broken. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement of that one part and they said no and I'd have to return it to target. You can't return it in store so I would have had to figure out how to repackage it and send it off (they do provide a label but like I said it was really heavy) The doors don't like up properly, instructions were difficult to read, took a long time to put together, remote doesn't always connect and have to keep mashing it over and over, and the paint looks more like an overlay in some areas as it is scuffed like it is peeling off. I decided to keep it and repair the broken piece myself. I do enjoy it for the most part, heat does well and I like that I can have the "fire" going without the heat if I want.

Don't waste your money

It took my husband a few hours to put it together. The fireplace is pretty small. I am not happy about the quality of the table. The wood paint come off easily, and the wood break easily! It leaves huge gap in between the table. You thought for more than $350 you should be able to get a decent tv stand. However the doors don’t even close all the way. I am so disappointed. We are not able to return this big piece, now we have to bear with it for years until we buy another one. Great. Totally waste of my money.
