Broken/terrile customer service through manufacturer

One of the doors. was cracked/broke in 2 places. I reached out via email to the email given for broken parts. The door was out of stock and I was offered $20 for compensation. I did not accept this and was offered 50% of purchase price which I did accept but they said they could only reimburse through PayPal which I do not have. They said to ask a neighbor to use their account. I also requested they take a door from a new set, as it is still in stock online. They said no. I will be reaching out to target next.
