Everything in this trio hokder set works well! I just wish the handle for the candle snuffer was longer. Also, I wish there was a matching or coordinated container as a holder for all items. Aside that, it does the job and looks good too!

Wont cut
I planned to actually use these, not as decor like some have based their reviews on. I was already skeptical about this item once I saw the gap on the trimmers , I checked 5 boxes & settled for mine, I was very pleased as it cut the first two wicks , I’ve just tried to do more & it just pushes the wax, no cutting. I will be returning. The snuffer I will test out tonight but I figure it’s hard to get that wrong….i hope Also if anyone is thinking I need to clean them off to work, I used my craft scissors to finish multiple wicks , no issues

The scissors are pretty useless - the blades are so thick they can’t really cut anything. It ends up just kind of crushing the wick and making a mess. Also very uncomfortable to hold. The snuffer works fine but you can find them in better kits or alone.

NOTE: writing this review after I’ve had and used for one year. I love this set. I use it at least once a week and besides the ends getting dirty (of course), they look and function brand-new. The trimmer cuts right through and all three are well-crafted. I don’t agree with a couple of the people here saying they look cheap… they have some weight to them and the gold coating doesn’t chip either, so I think they look great. And affordable too!
