Poor quality

This ribbon is honestly very bad quality - I knew it wouldn’t have tons of length from the description, though each color only wrapped one medium sized gift, so that’s not the crux of my review. But for the price I was expecting solid thick velvet. This ribbon is paper thin and crunchy. It wrinkles almost like curling ribbon when you tie it and the lighter colors are see through. I’m really disappointed in the quality. It feels as though a lot of store brand products at Target are declining noticeably in quality lately for ever higher prices.
