Outstanding, easy to add wheels, fill with water and you now

We are in the high ninety degree weather until October and our very expensive air conditioner is running non stop. We can use this portable evaporative cooler in the area where we are hanging out. For example an 800 sq ft room we have the fan on number one, which is low speed and it feels like mid seventy degree breeze. Thank you so much Costway

100% Recommend

One of the smartest purchases I have made for my company (outdoor personal training studio). This cooler has been a lifesaver. Now I do live in San Diego, so I am not exactly anywhere where the weather gets crazy. But since I am putting clients through some killer workouts, those 80+ summer days can get rough quickly. Saved me in the heat wave

It keeps my living room so cold when it's 115+ in Las Vegas. Even on our high. You don't really need to vent it anywhere. The back is facing my kitchen. It doesn't produce hot hair like the window units do. It just sucks in room temperature air and blows cold air out. You do have to refill it a few times a day.

It's Ok

The Texas heat has been horrible this year so I got this to make being outdoors more bearable. We have measured the temperature output from this when ice is deposited in the tank. It is a good 12 degrees lower than the outside air. But it's hard to tell much difference when it's just excessively hot.

When I first brought this item , it worked perfectly. It kept the room cool and bearable durning hot summer nights and days. That was short lived, after one year to the date, the machine no longer worked, it kept making loud I mean loud hammering noises, while it moved around the floor by itself. I thought somebody was breaking in my house, that is how loud it was. Now I am stuck with this broken machine.

This evap cooler is very efficient and well designed. It is well worth of money. Now we can have a pleasant time sitting in the backyard patio in the heat of Arizona summers! My backyard is sloped to drain the rain water so I noticed the cooler is not pouring the water evenly on all sides (actually one side was totally dry). Then I sticked a tiny level gauge and added a shim to make the water pouring on all the sides and it got much better (see pictures). My suggestion to the manufacturer is to add the level gauge and to make the wheels adjustable in order to be able to keep the cooler at a level position at every place for better efficiency.
