I ordered two of these 40"x63" panels for under $11 each. A quick iron touch-up and they hung perfectly. I hung them on the "Target 48"-84" Twist and Shout Easy Install Curtain Rod Matte Black - Room Essentials™: No Drill Tension Rod, Steel," which may be the greatest invention ever and which cost $25. Ended up with a beautifuly framed window for under $50; using services of a blinds/curtain store would have cost me around $200. Oh, and they block out sun/light very well!

Good black out curtain
I like these curtains a lot , only gave it 4 starts cause it’s not 100% blackout . There’s just a tad bit of light that gets through but I have double curtains so once I layer them and close both sets it’s complete black out Good price for 2 panels !

Doesn't black out room
These are not fully black out curtains as the name says. And too early to know how energy efficient they are either. They have no backing for either feature; just are a single ply of fabric. Too much hassle to take them down and return and at least they help block some sun. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a true blackout.
