Unreliable Supplier

Product Supplier Unreliable. Ordered this product mid-December, label created with delivery date, card charged, never shipped. Another label created after missed delivery date, card charged again, did not ship again for days, missing delivery date and of course Christmas; this was a gift. Target refunded first payment charged immediately when i called as the 2nd shipment showed confirmed and paid again. My issues is this item was shipped from Georgia and I live in SC, so two weeks it does not take if you actually ship the product. Actual tracking finally appeared basically Christmas Eve of the revised delivery date after missing the 2nd delivery date. It arrived yesterday, 12/29 and I've only opened the box it arrived in but not the actual puzzles. Hopefully its "late present worthy" for my granddaughter. I'm a Target 360 member and this is not typical Target behavior. I would reconsider using Jolyn as a credible 3rd party vendor in the future.
